Season 6 of BONES picks up eight months after the emotional parting at the airport at the conclusion of season 5. Seely Booth, the FBI Special Agent, has returned to the military and is in Afghanistan. Bones is in some trouble of her own, though she has Sweets' fiance with her (not that that makes the situation any better). Back in Washington Cam is facing some difficult times keeping the forensic lab at the Jeffersonian operational.

BONES brings two powerful people into partnership and partings. David Borenaz, (ANGEL) and Emily Deschanel (Stephen King's Rose Red) portray unlikey crime fighting partners. He is the FBI tough guy with the heart of gold and the gun. She is the forensic scientist smart girl with the heart of logic.

BONES loosely based on the life of forensic anthropologist and author Kathy Reichs. Named after the protagonist of Reichs' crime novel series, BONES is a Josephson Entertainment / Far Field Productions / 20th Century Fox Television production.
