Frank Savage is Dan's former partner. Dan talks about Frank all of the time. Though not appearing in every episode Frank is spoke of at least once in each episode of the first season. Usually it is Dan telling a 'back in the day my partner Frank and i...' story. Frank appears in the thirteenth episode, "Dan On The Run", where Frank, Dan, & Jack have to rescue the former Govenor's son because he has again been kidnapped. Frank also appears in the twentieth episode, "Partners".
